At Wrottesley Care Limited, our aim is to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people by helping them achieve their ambitions. We deliver a child and young person centred service, supporting each individual towards their life goals.

We provide a warm, secure and supportive home environment. Our experienced and highly trained team works every day to make sure each child in our care feels safe, respected and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Located in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, our home offers a safe, stable and consistent living environment where young people can reach their potential and achieve positive outcomes.

We care for children and young people who may have a range of social and/or emotional difficulties. Our home is run by a Director, supported by a Responsible Individual and the home's Registered Manager, with an experienced team trained in residential care.

Family reunification

Where appropriate, we support and encourage family reunification, taking each young person's social and geographical circumstances into account.

One-to-one work

Individual work that helps young people come to terms with past experiences and trauma.

Coping strategies

Helping young people build healthy strategies to manage their experiences and emotions.

Emotional literacy

Developing the skills young people need to understand and manage their emotions and behaviour independently.

Preparing for adulthood

Regular in-home and community activities that build life experience for the transition to adulthood.

Trained, consistent staff

We invest in staff training and regularly review our practice framework so it stays focused on each child.

Care and support plans are developed together with each young person and in partnership with the agencies around them, including schools, social work departments and local authorities. Each young person receives our pledge, setting out the promises and services the home will provide.

We are committed to continuous improvement and working closely with our partners to achieve the best possible outcomes for every child.
