Residential Services
We provide a child and young person service bespoke to the needs and preferences of the child and young person as required by their care and support plan. We recognise the importance of the physical environment of the service. Consequently, all our homes have a friendly ambience with the child and young person encouraged to personalise communal spaces as well as their private space.
As a provider, we recognise the importance of attracting quality staff and so we deploy a value-based recruitment process which look to identify residential support staff who have a passion to make a difference in the life of the child and young person in our care.
Making a difference
Our mission is to make that difference to a child and a young person’s life, to help and support them to achieve their life goals and ambitions by providing a child and young person-centred service.
We have a reputation in the delivery of care, helping children and young people to stabilise their lives, achieve their life goals and move on to more independent living within their own community.
Our homes provide an environment within which our children and young people can feel safe and can access opportunities within the home and within the wider community to develop themselves as individuals as they progress towards adulthood.
Our services are highly valued and trusted by Ofsted and Children Social Work Departments. We recognise and are committed to the importance of working with statutory and non-statutory stakeholders and partners.
We provide a person centred approach to the delivery of a service based on behavioural approaches which ensure that care and support plans meet the needs and preferences of the child and young person as required.
