- All homes engage in regular activities both in the home with the young people, giving them the opportunity to gain various life experiences that they can utilise in their transition into adult hood and beyond.
- We invest in our frontline services; for example, we provide training for all our staff members to meet the needs of the young persons and ensure they are empowered to provide the highest standard of Care always to our young people.
- Wrottesley Care Children’s Homes framework for practice is wrapped around the individual needs of all children and young persons and reviewed regularly to ensure its fits the ethos of the company and remains child focused.
