Our Model

  • We publish a ‘pledge’ to all young person’s we look after, that outlines our promise to them and the service we will deliver

  • All homes engage in regular activities both in the home with the young people, giving them the opportunity to gain various life experiences that they can utilise in their transition into adulthood and beyond.

  • We invest in our frontline services; for example, we provide training for all our staff members to meet the needs of the young persons and ensure they are empowered to provide the highest standard of care always to our young people.

  • Wrottesley Care Children’s Homes framework for practice is wrapped around the individual needs of all children and young persons and reviewed regularly to ensure it fits the ethos of the company and remains child-focused.

We provide a person-centred approach to the delivery of a service based on behavioural approaches which ensure that care and support plans meet the needs and preferences of the child and young person as required.
