Referrals & professional enquiries

The right home starts
with a conversation.

We welcome enquiries from local authorities, social workers and placement teams. Every referral is considered individually, with careful consideration of whether the home can meet the young person’s needs.

Enquire about a placement
  1. Start a conversation

Discuss the provision you are considering and agree how to share referral information securely.

  2. Assess needs and suitability

Review care, education and health needs, risks and the support required. A referral does not guarantee a placement.

  3. Plan the transition together

Where a placement is agreed, plan introductions and the move with the young person and the professionals involved.

Is specialist therapeutic support included?

At both Himley House and Wrottesley Road, any additional specialist therapeutic input must be agreed with the placing local authority before it begins, with its scope and funding agreed separately. Arrangements are based on assessed needs and take account of the young person’s wishes.

How do I check availability and request documents?

Contact us for current availability, the latest Statement of Purpose, Location Risk Assessment, Ofsted reports and confirmation of registration details.

Referral enquiries

Let’s talk about
what’s needed.

For an initial conversation about either home, contact Shalana, our Responsible Individual.

Please keep this to a general enquiry. Do not include a child’s name, date of birth, records or other identifying details. We will agree a secure way to share referral information.
