Our Responsible Individual, Shalana, brings extensive experience across children’s homes, including previous roles in services that achieved Outstanding Ofsted ratings. She draws on this practical experience to guide and support our teams.
Shalana and our managers are hands-on, approachable and highly supportive. They work closely with the teams in both homes to maintain high standards, while giving people the trust, encouragement and space to bring their strengths to their roles.
Our management team brings energy and a trauma-informed approach to our homes. They draw on evidence and creativity to find ways forward that reflect each young person’s needs and help them achieve meaningful outcomes.
Our two experienced deputy managers provide dependable support and continuity. Their knowledge and steady presence help create stability for both the adults working in our homes and the children who live there.
Our small, supportive administration and HR team is there when colleagues need help. Having people available to answer questions and offer practical support helps our home teams focus on caring for young people.
